However, if team members see a leader who thrives under pressure and who continues to push forward leading the charge despite fatigue or stress that is motivating, inspiring, and contagious. If team members see a leader slowing down or contemplating giving up the morale of the team, engagement, performance, and results will all suffer. When a team is faced with a difficult or stressful situation that requires a prolonged effort or activity the members of the team will look to its leader(s).
Merriam-Webster's definition of endurance states 'the ability to withstand hardship or adversity especially : the ability to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity'. Rather than attempt to discuss them all in one article I'm opting to write about each individually, beginning with Endurance. Which, stands for Justice, Judgement, Decisiveness, Initiative, Dependability, Tact, Integrity, Endurance, Bearing, Unselfishness, Courage, Knowledge, Loyalty, and Enthusiasm.
